BOULDER COUNTY, CO — Around 300 Boulder County property owners did not receive their required notice of determination after they appealed their home values, county officials said.
The owners should've received the notice in August, but a third-party vendor that was responsible for the sendout had an issue, the county said.
Around 7,700 property owners who made their appeals did receive the notice, according to officials.
The notices are sent to owners after their first level of appeal and are important for determining whether to move forward in the appeals process.

If you are a property owner who filed an appeal with the assessor's office and you didn't receive your notice of determination, you are asked to email [email protected] or call 303-441-3530 by Sept. 22.
"While it is only a small number of property owners that are impacted, we're committed to ensuring every property owner has the information and support needed in the Board of Equalization process, and we want to make sure we reach all 300 property owners that were impacted by this error," said Cynthia Braddock, Boulder County Assessor.
Copies of notices of determination can be picked up at the assessor's office, emailed or mailed to property owners, the county said. The office is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
