Robbery Suspects Sought In Manassas: Police

MANASSAS, VA — Three men are sought in connection with a strong-robbery that took place in Manassas early on Sunday morning, according to the Prince William County Police Department. The robbers have not been identified by name, but police have released a preliminary description of the men. The robbery occurred in the 8900 block of Sudley Road, police said. Officers responded to the scene around 1:45 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 12. The victim, who was only identified as a 28-year-old woman, said she was originally alone in the parking lot at the location. Then, she entered a charcoal-colored sedan that was occupied by three men that she did not know, according to the police report. See also: Vaccine, COVID Testing Mandate Considered For PWCS Employees "At one point the victim exited the vehicle and when she returned to the vehicle, one of the occupants grabbed her phone from her hand and pulled her into the vehicle," the police department wrote in their report. The man then hit the woman and attempted to prevent her from exiting the car. She was eventually able to escape and fled to a nearby business, where she contacted authorities. The victim suffered minor injuries in the incident, police said. She also lost her phone, a credit card, and unspecified amount of cash. The third man was skinny, had a mustache, and was also wearing a black shirt.
