Please look at the pictures. I want to fix up my detached garage and add an extension to it. Thr current garage size is 44 X 34 and i want to add a 42 X 18 extension to it. Please refer to that sketch picture to see how and where the extension will be added. Roof needs to be added to the extension. The work will need to be permitted so when sending me BIDS, make sure it include the cost of obtaining the permit. When replying for this job, please send me the followings: 1) your experience. I want to know how long you've been in construction and your qualifications ( if you're a contractor, or just a skilled handyman which is ok too for me) 2) LABOR COST for the extension, include legwork cost for the permit separately. That labor cost is what i will be basing 95% of my decision on who to hire. Its tough times, so the cheapest most qualify has a better chance at the job 3) ESTIMATED cost in material for the project which should also include heavy machinery rental costs etc 4) when is the soonest you can start? 5) estimated completion time? 6) VERY IMPORTANT. Please let me know what day you would like to come look at the house in person (if needed) im available weekdays from 5pm to 7pm. Thank you
