We have 2 roles available: (1) Production Specialist - no laser cutting experience necessary - produce quality custom laser cut parts, at unprecedented speed. (2) Production Specialist - 1-2 years sheet metal fiber laser experience - produce quality custom laser cut metal parts, at unprecedented speed. ABOUT THE ROLE As our full time Production Specialist (40 hours per week), you'll turn our customer's CAD designs into quality custom parts, fast. Your typical day includes using our manufacturing software system and process to do the following, rotated monthly to keep you fresh: Achieving 3 key goals - quality, speed & productivity.Laser cutting our customer's orders.Managing materials stock & suppliers.Quality checking.Packaging & shipping.Working with our customers to improve their product designs.Working with our support team to ensure fast delivery of quality custom parts.Working with your production team members to keep things humming.Identifying problems with and improving our workflows to delight customers.Attending weekly production team discussions & quarterly full team discussions.BENEFITS Top 25% market rate pay (payscale.com).Unlimited paid time off. 50% health insurance contribution.
