Two tuxedo cats available for fostering over 2021-22 school year

I am going abroad for the next nine months and need to find a temporary home for my two cats, Lila and Ruckus. They are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and very cuddly and friendly (especially the boy cat, Ruckus). It would be best if the home didn't have other pets, but both cats are good with children. There is a one-time $30 fee for a background check (I just want to make sure you're not an animal dealer or collector of prey for feeding large snakes or something), which I will return to you if you end up taking the cats.
