Description
We are a very established band. (Playing since early 70s, a couple of minor hits, many originals and unique arrqancements of selected covers, etc). We play a very wide range of music styles, from 60s-70s rock and blues-rock to later “classic” rock, more modern rock, and even some jazz-funk. Three members of the current lineup sing backup and two sing leads.
We are continuing our tradition. In the recent past, our group included a very good lead vocalist who also plays excellent harmonica. However, just before the COVID shutdown, he moved to Utah. But, we still have lots of material ideal for a new “harp guru.”
So, we’re looking around to find a harmonica expert who also brings another, equally high-level skill to the band. The harpist might be a strong lead singer, or s/he might play a tenor sax or other horn, or maybe s/he’s also a solid electric rhythm guitarist…whatever. But, we want to emphasize that this is strictly for someone with serious skills and lots of live performance experience.
