Performing rental property maintenance duties such as work orders, unit turnovers, punch lists, appliance repair. Light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC experience/knowledge preferred. Perform other maintenance duties as assigned. Complete necessary paperwork in a timely manner to track maintenance activities. Must have your own truck or van, auto insurance, tools and cell phone.
