We have open positions available for individuals to clean vacant apartments. We have a very detailed cleaning process listed in a checklist that will be provided and used in every unit. Your work will be inspected upon completion. Please have your own reliable transportation and your own cleaning supplies. Pay is weekly, and taxes are not deducted. You will receive a 1099 for all money earned. We are looking for experienced people that are reliable, trustworthy, and are ready to work! Here are some suggestions for the supplies you will need to start work: Vacuum cleaner, broom, dust pan, paper towels, clean rags, scrub brushes, scoring pads, oven cleaner, scrapers, bleach, Windex, cleaners of your choice, dust brushes, razor blades, de-greaser, and air freshener.
