Wanted Single Parking Space - Occasional Use

Wanted "parking" place for use 1-2 weekends per month overnight for a minivan (newer, clean, registered, insured). Willing to pay a reasonable fee for a quiet/safe space to park (in driveway/land) after a day's adventure - fully contained will be no entry/exit of van, park later PM & leave early AM. Prefer location in Soquel/Capitola/Aptos/SC/SV/Felton or Ben Lomond (but not crazy far out). Zero drugs/420/or alcohol, full time employment, more minimalist, litter free, super respectful & super quiet. Do you have a parking space? Let's talk, if so!
