Our team delivers care to the greater Milwaukee Area and provides expertise on a variety of services that aim to improve the property and bring ease to our clients’ lives. This position is responsible for working on a team or working individually to maintain lawns and occasionally assist with landscape installations and maintenance. We are looking for an additional staff member who is motivated and would be open to accepting opportunities for growth within the company. Applicants must be able to perform a variety of landscape maintenance functions that may include, but are not limited to: • Driving a truck and trailer to properties • must meet all criteria required to operate a vehicle • Following a predetermined route • Operating heavy machinery, such as zero turn mowers and skid steers • operating small equipment (trimmers, blowers, chain saws, etc.) • Weed whacking • Edging • Pulling weeds from flower beds • planting and transplant plant materials • pruning • Landscape Installation • Hardscape Installation • Trimming Shrubs • Operating a chain saw • Spreading soil • Blowing leaves • Snow Plowing • unloading of work trucks and trailers and delivery trucks • site set up of materials and project preparations • follow verbal and written instructions • maintain job site staging area, keeping it cleaned and organized • responsible for working with other crew members effectively and professionally • follow all proper planting procedures, i.e., bed prep, planting placement, heights, pruning, mulching, debris disposal • familiarize yourself with the project and ensure the project needs are met from start to finish • present and maintain a professional image for your company • use tools appropriately • cleaning beds and work areas • installing hardscapes Requirements: -18 years of age or older -Valid driver’s license perfered -Lift and carry up to 75 pounds -Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend & squat for up to 10 hours per workday -Available to work overtime and weekends as required -At least 1 year of experience is preferred Apply: -you may apply through indeed.com by attaching your resume -call to set up an interview 414-220-0032 Job Type: Full Time Salary: $18 to $28/hour Key Words: Laborer, Landscaper, Construction, Mowing, Manual Labor,
