SAN CLEMENTE, CA — San Clemente community members can learn more about developing plans to update and change parks within the city in the coming weeks. The City of San Clemente's Parks, Beaches and Recreation Department will host a two-day open house event Sept. 22 and Sept. 23 at several local parks across the city. Each 45-minute open house will offer the public a chance to reach out to city officials to comment on conceptual plans unique to each park.
