All individuals arrested or charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. REPORTS ROBBERY (late), 2021-09140193, 1500 block of S. Fern Street. At approximately 9:46 p.m. on September 14, police were dispatched to the late report of a larceny. Upon arrival, it was determined at approximately 9:09 p.m., the two unknown male suspects entered into the business and asked an employee for assistance. Suspect One then went to the back of the business and followed the employee behind the counter before stealing cigarette cartons. The employee attempted to stop the suspects before they fled the scene in a vehicle. Suspect One is described as a skinny Black male, approximately 6'0", wearing blue pants, a tie-dye hoodie, blue mask, black shirt and blue backpack. Suspect Two is described as a Black male, wearing a white construction hat, black shirt, orange traffic vest, blue jeans and black shoes. The suspect vehicle is described as a silver SUV.
