Full time Parts Manager: Responsibilities include: - Ordering parts for all year, make, and models of cars - Invoicing parts in CCC1 estimating system - Delivering correct parts to technicians - Reporting parts ETA’s - Handling all returns and credits (including cores) to make sure we receive our parts A/R in a timely manner - Confirming part prices for our Geico XD program - Handling sublet operations - During any down time our parts manager may be asked to help in our detail department - Shuttling customers Qualifications: - Punctual and consistent attendance. MUST BE RELIABLE - Must have a valid Washington State drivers license and clean driving record - Knowledge of CCC1 estimating system a plus - Familiar knowledge and use of programs such as; Word, Excel, Outlook, etc - Clean and organized; Ability to keep your work areas, parts areas and documentation organized.
