We have a short-term rental business. We need somebody to do odds and ends and different tasks and have the ability to get to these properties quickly and do what needs to be done, and then occasionally to help us go set up a property where we work all day. If you work with us, over time, you will get more hours, and it is going to grow, but it's not an actual, traditional job. Handyman also needs to be: • Physically fit • Somebody that has experience • Somebody that knows how to do all kinds of repair and installation • It’s a plus if you’re tech savvy for putting routers in, setting up smart TVs etc. • Someone reliable that can adjust to shifting work hours, and is quick to respond! Some more examples of tasks required to complete: • Air filters. Replace on a quarterly basis • Smoke detectors. Check batteries monthly • TV remote, install smart TVs, Install door e-locks, change batteries, check and replace regularly etc. • Monthly general maintenance check on properties. We will provide a checklist. We need someone who is going to work without us having to ask and follow up several times. TRUST IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US. WE WILL PERFORM BACKGROUND CHECKS
