Police charged McClain with aggravated assault, arson, possession of explosive components, evading arrest, leaving the scene, and reckless driving. (WTVC)Gangs have been targeting unlocked vehicles on Lookout Mountain, and police are urging residents to lock their cars and take the keys with them. Police have increased efforts to stop the break-ins, however, they are looking for residents to do their part.
