Many gathered underneath the Route 146 overpass on Branch Avenue Wednesday to express their frustrations with the recent cleanup of a homeless encampment. Demonstrators argue that not everything under the overpass was trash and more needs to be done to help the city's homeless population. The announcement comes after Secretary of State Nellie Gorbea and General Treasurer Seth Magaziner both officially declared their candidacies for governor.
