We are seeking a hard-working, highly-motivated individual to join our H2O-Matic family as a full-time landscaping/hardscaping crew member. Our crew members are responsible for installing state of the art outdoor living areas such as outdoor kitchens, patios, and pool decks, along with complementing landscape features. No layoffs for offseason • Competitive pay for experienced professionals 1) Experienced Hardscape Team Members (1+ year experience) ***SKID STEER OPERATING EXPERIENCE A PLUS!*** ***Hourly pay will be based on experience level, very competitive!!!!*** Job requirements: - Must have valid NC Driver's License - Must have own ride to shop every morning by 7:20 AM - Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions - Must be a team player - Must be able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 75 pounds Job duties include but are not limited to: - All aspects of the landscaping/hardscaping industry 2) Landscaper Laborers (NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED) ***Staring pay $15/HR and increases to $17/HR after 90 days*** Job requirements: - Must have own ride to shop every morning by 7:20 AM - Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions - Must be a team player - Must be able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 75 pounds Job duties include but are not limited to: - All aspects of the landscaping/hardscaping industry No experience needed for our Landscape Laborer positions if you have a strong work ethic, you are willing to learn and work hard, and you are serious about your job A successful applicant must have a good driving record and the ability to lift 75-100 lbs.
