WEST CHESTER, PA — A West Chester man has been charged with indecent exposure and other crimes after he allegedly exposed himself to a woman on Tuesday night. At 7:45 p.m. Tuesday West Chester Police officers went to the 300 block of W. Washington Street to investigate a report that a man had exposed himself there. Police said a woman identified a 56-year-old West Chester man as the person who had exposed himself to her. James Fedrick, of West Chester, is charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, and harassment, according to police reports. Bail was set at $20,000, court records show. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 1 in Chester County District Court 15-1-01. Make sure you know what's happening in your town.
