Goodrich Chimney is a small, family owned and operated company in Golden, Colorado. We specialize in wood burning fireplaces and stoves, gas burning fireplaces, pellet stoves, and evaporative coolers. We are looking for a new team member to join us as one of our Assistant Technicians. We provide a full range of services when it comes to chimney and fireplace installation, maintenance, cleaning, and finish-work needs.This position assists a lead technician servicing residential customers. You need to have construction/general labor experience, be good with your hands and be mechanically inclined. Any experience in the fireplace industry (would be a plus, but not required. This job includes duties suchs as masonry, framing, installation and service. Experience is a strong plus, but we will train the right person! Here at Goodrich Chimney family is EVERYTHING. Requirements for the role include, but are not limited to: - Construction knowledge or general labor professional work experience required - Experience in fireplace industry a plus, but not mandatory (Masonry, Framing, Installation and/or Service) - No fear of heights - Must be able to lift 100 lbs for work on a regular basis - Punctuality is critical, you must be punctual and reliable - Team player, positive attitude  Details of Hours and Compensation: Full-time, 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday – Friday, with optional overtime Full benefits package, including health, dental and eye care benefits Paid time off $22- 25 per hour, depending on experience (With room to work your way up, we promote to Lead Tech and Managers)  TO APPLY: Please only respond through email to this ad, no calls to our office please!
