you were at pet supplies plus in golden, getting some stuff for your dog around rush hour, and i rang you up (i was the one with the white streak in black hair). i feel quite bad that i hadn't realised you were hard of hearing (or mute, or both very likely), and our interaction might have been more difficult for you than it had to be because of that. you winked at me when i handed your bags to you, and when you were done with your cart, you came back in to return it. i hope you're doing well, because you seemed really nice, and i feel bad that our interaction was so awkward.
