Hiring immediately! Hiring remodel crews who can remodel apartment units, and get them turn key. Unit sizes range from 500-900 sqft. I have over 190 units to remodel. All materials are provided. You must have a truck and all the tools needed to do complete turns. Crew members must know demo, light plumbing, light electrical, drywall, carpentry, painting, and flooring. Must be clean cut, and professional. TEXT me your information and the experience you have with remodeling. Due to overwhelming phone calls it will be easier for me to keep track through text messages. I will respond only to qualifying candidates. This is a guaranteed gig for at least a year or more. I have two different properties with over 400 units. Please do not waste my time if you are not serious about working, or if you are not qualified to do the work.
