Mini split air installer and troubleshooting

Looking for expert troubleshooter with experience in mini Split air systems ASAP. MUST TAKE Zelle/Check/PayPal. Will not pay Cash. I purchased a DuctlessAire system and had it installed but never set up or turned on. Unit is not getting cold. Need assistance with programming and getting unit up and running.
