Hi I'm Diana looking for someone to come look after my children at my house, during the hours I'm at work. My husband does work from home but he is on the phone all day, so we just need someone to sit with the kids and make sure they don't get into trouble. My home will be clean, food will be ready, the only major thing is that they still do wear diapers. I have 3yr old daughter, who is currently potty training, she is super independent and will most likely want to just play or do her own thing. My son is 1yr old and he also likes to be by himself, so he'll come and go from his room, may be interested in what your doing but most of the time will just keep to himself. I need someone who is willing to come to my house, who is okay with my husband working from home and who is willing to work with me regarding pay. I need someone who would be okay with a weekly flat rate or if you can only do certain amount of days, we can work out a daily flat rate. I am really looking for someone who can be our to go nanny/babysitter, who my kids could get to know and feel comfortable with and safe.
