Wanted: loving home for Zorro. He is adorable, neutered, laid back, and loves his belly rubbed. Zorro is a 3 1/2 year old husky mix. He has a very low center of gravity and basically looks like a walking sausage. We call him "Fat Head" because he is very stout! He really is a good boy, but we had to put down our other dog recently and he is pretty bored without her. When he is bored, he destroys fences and is a master escape artist/wood shredder/bulldozer. In his spare time, he also likes to dig holes and occasionally chew on siding. He is stubborn and doesn't like to go outside without a game of chase around the house first. He does great with kids and other dogs, and cats are fine as long as they don't sneak up on him. Our kids are back in school and parents are back at work, his friend is gone, and Zorro is bored and lonely. He needs a new home where there is another dog to keep him company. Or, one where his people are around to hang out with. He is pretty lazy in general and shredding fences only started recently when he lost his companion. We want to be transparent about his behaviors because we want his new family to love him despite his destructive habits and hopefully help him overcome his recent boredom/loneliness/anxiety. Also, he is a licker.. people, carpet, windows......He is a sweetheart and will sprawl out next to you all day and nap if you let him. He just doesn't like to be alone and as much as my kids have begged, we can't get another dog to keep him company. Please message me if you are ready to open your heart to this big lug. THANKS!
