A GREAT OPPORTUNITY to get a foot in the door with a top notch, well known Property Management company in the Des Moines, IA area. AXIOM PROPERTIES, INC. is seeking an individual to work on our construction division TEAM rehabbing apartments at one of our large apartment communities. We are in need of an energetic person that will be responsible for general construction duties, including but not limited to demolition, carpentry work, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work. This position is 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday). Great starting hourly wage, with a great benefit package, including health insurance, dental insurance, 401K, sick and vacation time, and a very friendly work environment.
