Seeking Part Time Clubhouse Attendant

Currently seeing a clubhouse attendant to start as soon as possible in Goleta,CA. Schedule is Monday -Friday, 4:30pm-10pm and is a temp - to - hire opportunity. The clubhouse attendant oversees common/pool areas and helps enforce rules of the facility. Duties include, but not limited to: • Clean Kitchen, refrigerator, operate dishwasher, restock supplies as needed • Clean Gym, Library, Laundry room and Events Hall • Clean interior and exterior of all accessible windows and doors • Sweep and Mop/ Polish non-carpeted floors • Spot Clean/ Vacuum carpeted areas as needed • Clean cobwebs on interior and exterior of building • Empty trashcans/ waste baskets as needed • Check bathrooms for cleanliness throughout shift and restock as needed • Remove and store umbrellas during high winds and inclement weather • Conduct routine walk-through of community, reporting problems to management • Set up/ take down tables, chairs and equipment for meetings, events and/ or other activities • Respond to emergencies via on-call phone • Clean, sanitize and arrange pool furniture as needed • Hose down pool and spa deck, cover pool and Jacuzzi/ Spa nightly • Ensure that all Residents and Guest are wearing wristbands • Lock up clubhouse Must have ability to work under minimal supervision and work a flexible schedule.
