Colonial Square Homes, INC a 251-unit Cooperative Housing property is looking to fill two (2)positions with our maintenance department. Qualified candidates must have one (1) year experience in housing maintenance. Assistant Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Technician.
Both position require general knowledge in all phases of Maintenance including electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and carpentry.
Assistant Supervisor applicants should have strong leadership skills. Job requirements will also include processing paperwork and coding accounts.
Hours are 8am -5pm Monday through Friday with a rotating on-call schedule for evenings, weekends and holidays. Snow removal is mandatory.
