Description
We are looking for crew members to grow our insulation/air sealing/HVAC/home performance team.
For Crew Member Position: Candidates with less experience but an interest in what we do are encouraged to apply- many of our team members come from other fields and we're happy to train the right folks.
Applicants with more experience in management or trades are encouraged to apply for Crew Lead.
We are a growing business passionate about energy efficiency and helping Mainers live comfortably while reducing their carbon footprints. We've been in business for more than a decade and are excited to grow our crew.
This is a long-term, full time, weekday position with benefits (health, dental, vision) and competitive starting pay ($18-$24) DOE) and room for fast growth within the company. Hours are roughly 7:30-4 Monday-Friday with occasional overtime. We offer paid vacation time. We do not work on weekends or holidays.
