Need to rehome a 5-6 month old male chihuahua

I have a 5-6 month old male chihuahua that's in need of a good home. I've only had him a few weeks maybe a month now. He hasn't had his shots and is not completely house trained yet. Does pee on the pee pads most of the time. He will come with a cage, leash, collar and some canned and dry food (Pedigree). He has lots of energy and not a good fit with cats or small children but other dogs should be ok as he had a dog brother. I really love him and wanted to keep him but it's just not possible after all. I am charging a rehoming fee of $150 to be sure he goes to a good home and to cover expenses, I will not negotiate the price so please don't ask. Serious inquiries only.
