We have amazing residents and team members, and we are looking for others who want to join! The Ideal Candidate: Noel Manor is currently seeking a dedicated housekeeper to join our growing company. The duties of our housekeeping position include daily tasks of vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, dusting, and laundering clothes/linen. Our housekeepers accomplish clear goals every day, work at their own diligent pace, and appreciate the feeling of order and cleanliness. The right person is independent, thorough, and eager to learn. Our housekeepers typically work Monday through Friday during normal business hours and have clearly defined cleaning schedules, including weekends off and consistent daily tasks. What to Expect from a Typical Work Day: The primary responsibilities of our Housekeepers include: • Cleaning resident apartments (per daily cleaning schedule) • Picking up, washing, drying, folding, and delivering resident laundry (per daily cleaning schedule) • Maintaining building cleanliness in all common areas • Working side-by-side with the maintenance team to keep the building tidy and well-kept • Maintaining housekeeping cart and cleaning supplies Compensation and Benefits: • We have ongoing bonus programs including pay for performance for all of our team members. • We also offer Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D Insurance, Medical Concierge Service, Voluntary Ancillary Benefits (STD, LTD, Accident, Critical Illness & Cancer), and a 401K. • In addition, we currently have a $1,500.00 Sign-On Bonus opportunity in place for this position.
