Looking for help! I've lived in Hales Corners in the same duplex for 6 years. Recently filed a sexual assault on other tenant. Still waiting to hear from DA. I have a slum lord who doesn't care what happened. I have text him about all problems relating to assault and horrible living conditions. Ex: no heat in 3 rooms, plumbing issues, mold. Concrete issues, radiator issues, painting, drips, windows, doors, rodents etc... I pay my rent on time! When I complain he raises my rent and not the man who assaulted me! I'm getting the run around from city of Milwaukee and my village? My husband has a TBI, I am also his caretaker & work FT. My landlord is a physician and lives in a nearby village. My assaulter has already 4 DWI, and has been reported numerous times for bad pedophile behavior. Im living a nightmare? Any help? My land lord has done work here at the property with no permits! I need help!
