I absolutely agree that we live in litigious society. every other commercial is for a lawyer trying to get you to sue someone. As i type i have JackFM on and there's commercial right now for a lawyer. However if our government wasn't one of the most corrupt on the planet they would have stopped all those frivolous lawsuits long ago. But since the politicians get so much bribes, kickbacks and campaign from the lawyer cartle they allow it. However that doesn't mean when someone who is really injured such as from a tainted vaccine or a vaccine that has not been fully tested should not be compensated. I agree the vaccine is safe for most people however there are a small percentage of people who now have been diagnosed with fatique syndrome. They are totally screwed because they signed the waver. Yet if someone is injured breaking into your house they can sue you. So really what you're suggesting is that people should not be able to sue for something legit like if the vaccine damages them but should still be able to sue for something bogus like if they run into the street and get hit by your car. I say you can't have it both ways. Both or neither although our corrupt as crap government says too bad if the vaccine messes you up, but bogus lawsuits are totally fine with us. BTW I had the virus last year and yes it's horrible but that's just the way it goes in life. I got through it because I take care of myself unlike most lazy fat American's As for Herman Cain, I'm was so delighted that POS died from the virus. He thought he was hot shit as he harrased all those women while married. And how dare he say that people that were out of work after the 2008 recession that it was their own damn fault. That guy was rotten to the core, that's why he ran for president.
