Founded in 2012, we are the world-wide leader in the development of color changing RGB LED flashlights. We are looking to hire a motivated team member to help assemble our flashlight products and fulfil online orders. There is opportunity for growth within out company as we are about to experience rapid growth following the launch of a highly anticipated high-tech RGB LED flashlight called, the RGB Critter. Company Website: www.antsonamelon.com To qualify for this position, you must be very organized and have a true desire to create and build. All applicants will be required to show examples of prior work that shows attention to detail. Examples (not limited to): Woodworking, construction, arts and crafts, digital arts, and any prior product assembly experience. Job Title: Product Assembly and order fulfilment. Hourly Rate: $15/hr Work Schedule: M-F, 9-5PM Probationary Period: 13 weeks Job Duties and Responsibilities: --> Manufacturing: Light manufacturing of RGB LED flashlights and various plastic accessory products. You will be required to operate light equipment to manufacture various products. Types of equipment include 3D printer, chop saw, soldering iron, Dremel, heat gun, and band saw. --> Online Order Fulfilment: You will be required to operate a computer to print online order forms and the associated postage. Other requirements include: folding/taping boxes, organizing orders into boxes, and working with the postal carriers to schedule pick-ups for outgoing orders. Education: High School Diploma Breaks: (2) 15-minute paid breaks, (1) 30-minute unpaid lunch break. No added benefits at this time. Paid Holidays include: New Year’s Day, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Unpaid Holidays Include: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. Cons of Job: You will be required to complete repetitive product assembly tasks. We will do our best to mix up your tasks, but it will be required that you assemble the same product for up to 3 hours at a time.
