Location: Columbus, Ohio Position Type/Hours: Contract/Flexible Compensation: To be determined Reports to: Renovation & Maintenance Manager Role Description: • Manages contractor supply chain through regular site visits to document work quality and timeliness and sourcing new subcontractors to join our projects • Acts as Project Manager by developing a project scope of work, budget and schedule, tracking project progress, deliverables and payment timelines • Assists in remodel design by taking interior and exterior measurements, documenting window counts, quality, and locations, noting condition of existing mechanical systems, interior & exterior walls, doors, flooring, and cabinets, • Assists in developing final floorplan layout, selecting finish materials and design concept, and conveying this to general and subcontractors • Responsible for maximizing the after-repair value of the property with a given budget Individual in this role interacts with: • Renovation & Maintenance Manager • General Contractors • Subcontractors • Architects/Drafters • Materials Suppliers (Lowe's, Home Depot) • City Employees (for permits, inspections) • Stagers • Photographers • Real Estate Agents • Property Sellers
