Looking for someone to demo tile (current tile pictured), a small bathroom, a laundry room, and guest room + install approximately 1300 SF of Large Format Tile (24 x 48 size). Will provide all materials, pay is $8k labor even, $3000 after demo and takeaway of materials and $5000 after new tile installed. Must understand how to level large format tile. We will pay for the mortar, grout, and all install materials. Job starts immediately. Looking to hire ASAP as our guy got COVID snd is out for a few weeks.
