Job description Day Porter/Custodian/Janitorial IN SEARCH OF... Day Porters/custodians/janitors with a minimum of 3 years' experience in providing detailed day porter/custodial grounds cleaning. Hourly Rate: The hourly pay is $16.75 per hour!! 2 DAY PORTER OPENINGS ARE AS FOLLOWS: San Marcos 5 days per week: Thursday - Monday 8am - 5pm Oceanside 3 days per week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8am - 5pm POSITIONS START AS SOON AS NEXT WEEK 9/20/21! Job Duties: These Individuals will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of an very apartment communities in the San Marcos and Oceanside areas, with cleaning duties that include: cleaning of common areas, vacant apartment units, apartment models, fitness center, pool, clubhouse, laundry room, office, assist Maintenance and/or Management with special needs that arise during the day, etc. Job Requirements: In order to succeed in this position, candidates MUST possess the below qualities: 3 years previous day porter/custodial/janitorial experience! attention to detail and be a self-starter! a strong work ethic and job maturity! be extremely dependable! a professional appearance! friendly demeanor! reliable transportation! speak English with ability to interact with Management and Residents!
