Looking for a dependable and reliable Foreman with experience in Remodeling who can perform the following tasks and is looking to grow within the company: - Ability to perform the following: plumbing, electrical, flooring, tile, cabinetry and drywall - Ability to communicate and coordinate with employees and subcontractors - Ability to communicate with client(s) - Responsible for the job from beginning to end. Direction and help will always be provided by contractor - Ability to lift 50lbs - Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn - Complete knowledge in different trades in construction field - Complete knowledge in using wide variety of saws and tools Requirements: - Must have reliable transportation - Must be 18 years or older - Must have a valid Drivers License
