compensation: $ 23.00 - $25.0 DOE We currently have an openings for a Full Time seasonal employee (September thru December) as a Erosion Control Trainee. Erosion Control company in Galt with a 46 year track record of providing exceptional quality and excellent customer service is seeking a team member for our growing organization. Monday - Friday with OT and Saturday & Sunday work as required Must have a valid Class C California drivers license with clean record ; have reliable transportation. Possess the ability to backup a small trailer, and show proficiency in trailer towing Must pass a pre employment physical and complete drug screening. Must be COVID vaccinated & able to provide proof The successful applicant should possess the following aptitude: Be able to speak and understand English, with the ability to read & write proficiently. Be capable of sustained physical work at a fast pace, including pushing, pulling, bending, lifting, kneeling, walking and climbing ladders and steps. Must be able to do physical work with a strong back Have a high level of comfort for outdoor work in all weather conditions. Possess the capacity to lift 50-75 lbs on a daily basis. Be able to maintain a clear focus while prioritizing multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy in a fast paced environmental. Strive to be a self- starter, able to work independently with the ability to be detail oriented, organized, and demonstrate a high level of accuracy, thoroughness and organization.
