Description

The Custodian performs a variety of facility-related cleaning and minor maintenance tasks. Responsibilities: Cleans administrative offices, meeting rooms, lounges, restrooms, break room areas, supply room Stocks and replenishes restrooms, meeting rooms, and breakrooms with supplies Collects recyclables and disposes of trash Sweeps and mops floors Vacuums and shampoos carpets Washes walls, windows and restroom fixtures Cleans hydraulic hoist pits and ground cleaning Other related duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred  Minimum of six months of full-time work experience in a position successfully performing janitorial and/or industrial cleaning duties or a position responsible for the cleaning and/or servicing buildings is preferred. Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, stand, walk, carry, and heavy lifting Ability to multi-task Be proactive
