Looking for experienced manager, with a background in RV, Mobile Home or Multi-Family Property management. The manager must have strong people skills, be a very good communicator, conscientious, thorough, and with some accounting/computer skills. Up to $25,000 in cash compensation, plus sales and occupancy incentives. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. US citizen Previous RV and/or mobile home park experience. Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication. Previous sales or leasing experience preferred. Basic accounting and computer knowledge (email, Google Drive, etc). Take charge, initiative, driven, entrepreneurial. Attributes: Honest, dependable. Friendly, people-oriented. Reasonably computer proficient. Motivated, entrepreneurial. Hard working.
