Need Building Painted

The Singer Hill Cafe Building, 78'x100' needs an exterior paint job. The address is: 623 7th Street, Oregon City. We are getting our awnings recovered. So we can remove them, or cut through them. You will need to paint around the existing awning piping but getting paint on the awnings a little will not be important. Also, you will need to paint around the vertical garden panels and the mural on the back and patio sides of the building. We would like to use Miller Paint. You will need a valid contractor's license and insurance.
