Journaman painter needed

In need of a journeyman painter. Looking for someone with leadership skills as well. Someone that has a good eye for details, a real go getter - see something that needs to get done, you finish it yourself or deligate the task to stay on target with desired completion dates of projects. Needs to not be afraid to keep the crew motivated and on task and can speak professionally with owners, clients, managers and crew. Indusrty skills would include knowledge of how to make and complete a punch list and how to train others with pressure washing, masking efficiently, caulk and spackle, brush and roll, spray and drywall/texture repairs a plus. Own transportation a must, job sites will vary in location so travel is necessary. Own grip a plus but not required.
