A good attitude and be self motivated Personal drive to be the best at what you do Punctuality - and show up EVERY DAY We are looking for a long term employee - someone who takes pride in their workplace and doesn’t have an attitude. Our crew of 4 Technician and 2 Service Advisors work hard and are smart. We all take great pride in our work and want to work with someone who will do the same. All of our Techs started out in this sort of position - although it took them YEARS to get into the Tech position and many more years to get to where they are - 10 to 20 to get to Master Level. Keep in mind a good Auto Tech can easily make over $100K per year. Duties include: Oil changes, tire mounting and balancing, tire repairs, light repairs, shuttling customers, assisting Techs and Service Writers, moving cars, sweeping, moping, trash, lot upkeep, and general shop work.
