Independent Janitorial Contractors Needed ASAP! We have 3 contracts available in Wichita to start immediately. You can take one, two or all 3 contracts. The current contractors will work with you. Near Waco & Central • Requires KBI Background check • Clean lobby & 1 office 5 times per week in the morning. Clean entire area each Tuesday. (takes aprox. 4 hours a week) • Payout is $290 per month • Equipment on-site available to be used. You must provide cleaning solutions. Wichita Area Tax Office • Lower Twin Lakes shopping Center • Clean 3 times a week on Mon-Weds-Fri. Must be cleaned after 3:30 - 4:30 pm (will take 45 mins-1 hr.) • Payout is $327 Per month • Equipment on-site available to be used. You must provide cleaning solutions. Wichita Transit Center • Downtown Wichita • Clean 6 times a week, Sun - Sat. Must be cleaned 4:30 - 6:30 pm (will take aprox. 1.5 hr.) • Payout is $577 Per month • ALL Equipment and cleaning supplies provided. You only provide the labor. Text or call 913-484-9339
