Job Title: Circuit Board Prepper/Warehouse Floater Shift: Graveyard Shift (10:30pm – 6:30am) **WILL TRAIN ON DAYS FOR 2-4 WEEKS** Pay: $15/hr - $17/hr (Depending on Experience – PAYS WEEKLY!) Job Function: Exposes boards, develops boards, loads and unloads ovens; operates nomi machine; prepares and inspects LPI films. Prepares and screens bare circuit boards with an insulating, colored solder mask. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Prepares bare circuit board for ink application by scrubbing or chemical cleaning • Screens each board according to customer specifications and bakes screened boards according to ink manufacturer's recommendation • Before exposure inspect finished film for flaws and imperfections • Verifies and labels film with part/rev numbers • Responsible for the set-up of screen process • Cleans, maintains, organizes, and files films as needed • Exposes boards, develops boards • Loads and unloads ovens • Operates nomi printer • Reads and follows work orders and specifications for each job. • Prepares screen for ink application • Performs other duties as needed Requirements: • Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds+ • Proficiency in arithmetic • Basic analytical techniques • Quality conscious • Ability to read and interpret documents • Standing for extended periods of time with repetitive motions • Manufacturing background preferred but not necessary
