Responsibilities Follow specific work instructions and best practices to safely and accurately complete daily work assignments and record indirect time in a timely manner Observe and practice all safety rules including but not limited to safely operate hand tools and other equipment as needed To assemble one part to another without causing poor quality or rejects Maintain line efficiency or work pace set by engineering standards Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisor or management Cross training in other areas when required. Other duties/projects as assigned Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma / GED Ability to read, write and speak English Basic math skills Must be able to multi-task High attention to detail and accuracy Communication skills Must have reliable transportation Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, stoop, and kneel.
