A solo practice space available for a respectful musician. The space could fit a duo but not looking for any bands. Its a 100% acoustically treated, balanced room.. In excellent shape in a clean and orderly building. Not for drummers, they are rarely setup. Vocalist, trumpet, violin, electric guitar, classical guitarist, cello, woodwind or saxophone. Please let me know what times you are looking for - mornings would be ideal if you happen to be an early riser. Rates depend on time and days! Producers are also a possibility, inquire. The room will be regularly cleaned and disinfected, any possible tenet will need to participate due to the current circumstances. Thanks!
