MAINTENANCE PERSON Pacific Coast Properties Inc. is looking for a Maintenance/Handyman that can do ALL phases of maintenance. License Contractor is preferred but not mandatory for the right individual. General maintenance required: Unit turns, work orders, basic electrical, plumbing, painting a must (sprayer), flooring, minor AC/heating repair. Able to perform home improvement task: Disposal replacement, bathroom fans, install dishwasher, stoves, all regular plumbing fixtures, outlets, GFI and troubleshooting. Good communication skills and eager to please customer. Looking for honest and hardworking person to fill this position. This position is located at: 10501 Croetto Way, Rancho Cordova Compensation: $18 per hour /25-30 hrs per week
