Hello! I am a trainee on UX/UI design and a former 'digital nomad', if you may say it that way, that moved to Humboldt County last year and it's desperately looking for some shared office space that's cute, affordable and with reliable wifi (with a simple kitchen space to prep healthy foods and power drinks). I also have an entrepreneurial bug that led me to post this ad, see if someone in the Bay knows of anyone in Humboldt that would be interested in investing in setting up co-work spaces here, taking advantage of how naturally beautiful the area is and how much work-life balance can be promoted on a site like my dream one. I've worked on coffee shops a lot during last year and although they have a great ambiance since HSU is just right there, I must say that I do need a more tranquil, results-oriented place where I could bring my lunch and just do my work without so much noise and movement. I've seen other digital-remote workers on coffee shops and even dedicated students that would perhaps be interested on this, so the odds this could be successful, are high. So, let me know if you'd be interested or if you have any lead of how a project like this could blossom. Networking, boosting local businesses, skills expansion, consulting.. opportunities are abundant with this co-owned, co-work business model.
