Perform major and routine maintenance, service, repair and installations on all heating and ventilating equipment and controls as assigned. Perform all scheduled preventative maintenance on all heating and ventilating equipment and controls systems as assigned. Operate and perform all diagnostic system checks on all heating and ventilating equipment and controls as assigned.
